How We Work:
Step 1: Order Placement
Our freight broker will take all the necessary information about your load, including delivery addresses, contact information, dimensions, type of freight and weight, etc. The Freight Broker will then assign a carrier to schedule your load according to the provided information.
Step 2: Load Scheduling
After order placement, the Freight Broker will place your load in our Transportation Management System (TMS) for Load Scheduling.
Step 3: Loading
Freight loading is one of the significant stages of the transportation process. Our Freight Broker will complete this stage for you under their supervision according to modern standards.
Step 4: Transportation
While your freight is in transportation, we can manage and track it through our TMS. You will get updates regularly throughout the transportation process.
Step 5: Unloading
During the unloading process of your freight, our Freight Broker will ensure that the consignee has signed the bill of lading. After completing the unloading process and necessary paperwork, our freight broker will provide you with the invoices.
All of the processes – from order placement to unloading will happen under the supervision of our highly experienced Freight Broker.
